Balsamic Tiramisu

One of Italy’s most renowned desserts gets a chocolate spin and a bit of our balsamic drizzle. Try this new take on tiramisu—you won’t be disappointed!


  • 2 cups of fresh ricotta
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • Whole meal biscuits
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Chocolate Pearl drops of balsamic vinegar
  1. Pour the ricotta and yogurt in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Crumble cookies. Put cookies in jars.
  3. With a piping bag, insert a layer of cream, add chocolate chips and a little more cream, decorate with beads of balsamic vinegar.
  4. Enjoy!

    I was in Italy in the summer of 2006 and never got the chance to have tiramisu! Biggest vacation regret ever. Perhaps I’ll try this, dim the lights, get my fiancé to talk with an Italian accent and pretend I’m back in my most favorite place in the world. Thanks for the inspiration!
