One of Italy’s most renowned desserts gets a chocolate spin and a bit of our balsamic drizzle. Try this new take on tiramisu—you won’t be disappointed!
- 2 cups of fresh ricotta
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- Whole meal biscuits
- Chocolate Chips
- Chocolate Pearl drops of balsamic vinegar
- Pour the ricotta and yogurt in a bowl and mix well.
- Crumble cookies. Put cookies in jars.
- With a piping bag, insert a layer of cream, add chocolate chips and a little more cream, decorate with beads of balsamic vinegar.
