  • When are orders processed?

    We process orders Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. If you submit an order on Friday after 5pm or on Saturday/Sunday, your order will be processed Monday morning.
  • When will my order ship?

    We strive to process and ship orders within 3 business days. When your order is shipped via UPS, you will receive an email with tracking information. If for some reason you do not receive an email from UPS, please contact us at and we will get right back to you.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    All orders are shipped within 3 business days via UPS Ground from our facility in NJ. The delivery window is 1-5 business days. When you receive your tracking information, it should give you a delivery estimate. You can also visit for more information.
  • What if I have a special request?

    If you have any special requests such as gift wrapping or delivery deadlines, please contact us at and we will do our best to accommodate your needs as circumstances allow.
  • What happens if I need to change/cancel an order?

    If your order has not yet shipped, we can attempt to change or cancel an order. Please contact us immediately at or 973-837-6791 with your order number for reference. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
  • Can I return my product?

    Regular orders are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you feel we made an error in processing your order or you experience a quality issue, please contact us directly at or 973-837-6791, and we will handle your case on an individual basis.
