Our chef wanted to recreate the classic American breakfast in his Italian version, more precisely, the Modena version using our 100% glaze of Modena balsamic vinegar.
American Breakfast Modena
1 bunch red spinach
6 slices of bacon
6 champignon mushrooms (also known as button mushrooms)
Crème fraiche (if you do not have this, you could use heavy cream)
100% glaze of Modena balsamic vinegar
- Grease a pan with oil and open the egg and cook.
- Put the slices of bacon in a skillet and Cook; in the same pan cook the mushrooms.
- Drizzle with De Nigris Glaze.
