Balsamic Glazed Salmon on a Bed of Asparagus

This is a delicious, healthy meal that can be prepared in about 10 minutes.



  • Asparagus
  • Salmon Fillet
  • Olive Oil
  • De Nigris Balsamic Gold Eagle


  1. Clean the lower stems of the asparagus with a vegetable peeler.
  2. Put them into water and boil for 10 minutes; drain and place in ice water.
  3. Cut the salmon fillet and put it in a pan with olive oil and balsamic vinegar Gold Eagle.
  4. Cook the salmon at 450 degrees, uncovered, for 4 to 6 minutes per 1/2-inch thickness.
  5. Enjoy!
