The De Nigris team is out in full force at The Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco, the West Coast’s largest specialty food & beverage trade show. We are delighted to be able to share our delicious products and warm Italian hospitality.
Attendees are able to taste test the delicious flavors of De Nigris' new fruit pulp vinegars ~ mango, white peach, passion fruit and red pepper. ?These products have a white wine vinegar base and contain 40% pulp. Delicious on salads with the tropical style and on fish. We are also sharing our Balsamic Tasting Map and tasting everything from our White Eagle up to De Nigris Platinum and even the Aged.
