Tuna with Sun Dried Tomatoes and Capers

Tuna is rich in protein, low in fat and calories, and is an excellent source of essential omega-3 fatty acids, which science has shown to improve heart health and brain function. This recipe is quite simple and you will need just 15 minutes to prepare it, it is quick enough for an appetizer or if you want to prepare it as a main meal, it is quick and so very delicious.

Tuna Salad with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Capers

INGREDIENTS

FOR THE TUNA  
10 oz of tuna    
1 clove of garlic   
1 sprig of marjoram   
1 sprig of thyme   
extra virgin olive oil to taste  
salt and pepper to taste

FOR THE SALAD 
1 oz lettuce  
1 oz Songino (also known as lamb's lettuce) 
1 oz arugula 
Sun-dried Tomatoes  
Capers 
Extra virgin olive oil to taste  
Salt and pepper to taste  
De Nigris Balsamic Vinegar of Modena - grape must 25-35%
