You now, that feeling inside where you tell yourself, “I know I could totally make this myself.” What is it that keeps motivating us to purchase? Is it because we don’t know how to make salad dressing? Does it sound too hard? Do we have a favorite brand that we’ve always used and therefore it is simply easier to keep buying?
I get it. When it comes to the dinner table and food prep, we often must pick our battles. After a long day a work and/or wrangling the kiddos, we want simple, healthy, and uncomplicated.
Which brings us to this recipe. All it takes it making sure you have the ingredients in your pantry and you will never have to write down “ranch salad dressing” or “vinaigrette salad dressing” again on your shopping list. This recipe combines both and provides a hefty serving that will last many salad occasions with your family. In fact, marinate chicken breast in this dressing for an hour and bake or grill. The results will astound you.

RED BELL PEPPER VINAIGRETTE RANCH DRESSING
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ¼ cup De Nigris I FRUTTATI Red Bell Pepper Fruit Pulp Vinegar
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8th teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- ½ cup whole fat sour cream
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried dill weed
- ½ teaspoon dried chives
1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Add a touch of water to thin dressing to your liking.
2. Serve and enjoy!
