We love a good Bruschetta, it is an easy, delicious and simple appetizer! Oh, and this one is also beautiful!

Bruschetta (pronounced “bruskehtah”), an Italian antipasto made of fire-roasted bread rubbed with garlic and topped with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper, has definitely seen its fair share of alternative toppings here in America. Most often, it is served as a savory snack or appetizer, we flirted with a sweet twist by using strawberries with De Nigris balsamic glaze, basil and ricotta.
What a great, easy thing to make, all you need to do is invite friends over and enjoy!
