Showcasing the Best of Italian Balsamics at Fancy Food Show 2019

Posted on 24 June 2019

The foundation of any great meal begins with the finest ingredients. Calling upon three generations of balsamic making and expertise, De Nigris presents our lines of high-quality, authentic balsamics and apple cider vinegars at this Summer's Fancy Food Show in New York City.

“At the heart of Italian cuisine is a focus on simple, honest, and of course, high quality ingredients,” said Raffaele De Nigris, CEO of De Nigris Group.“There isn't a more quintessential ingredient than authentic Italian balsamic vinegars and that’s why it’s so important to begin each recipe with the best.”

Our story began more than 120 years ago, when Armando De Nigris opened the first vinegar mill in Naples, immediately proving to be a great success with his clients.

This success continued in the years to follow, when the running of the company passed to his son Marcello, who succeeded in launching De Nigris’s products onto the international market and in widening the product range to include the prestigious Balsamic vinegar.

A spirit of innovation that, thanks to the third generation of Master Vinegar Makers, still guides us today and allows us to offer our clients products of excellence, which are appreciated world-wide for their quality and creativity. We are happy to have our quality ingredients in stores throughout the U.S.

For anyone attending the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City, 3rd and 4th generation members of the De Nigris Family along with Chef Heather Harm and our knowledgeable staff will be providing samples to passers-by and would love for you to stop by our booth (#1947) to experience first-hand what are becoming the hottest items in the marketplace.

The quality of our products lies in the origin of the raw materials. We put our name to every De Nigris brand product, because ours is a family business and our reputation has always been inextricably tied to the excellence of our products.
Modena Italy is one of the nine provinces of Emilia-Romagna, located in Northeastern Italy’s fertile Po River Valley. Not only is it the home of Verdi, Pavarotti, Lamborghini and Ferrari, it’s also the crown jewel of Italian Gastronomy. This is the birth place of tortellini, Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma, mortadella and of course Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
