Tortellini Pasta Salad with Apple Cider Vinegar

Everyone loves a pasta salad because they are easy to make, very fresh, and oh so very delicious. This pasta salad is probably one of my go-to cold side dishes for summer and it is so easy you can prepare today!

Tortellini Pasta Salad


  • 16 ounce 3 cheese tortellini
  • 4 tablespoons De Nigris Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup matchstick carrots, roughly chopped
  • 2 to 3 stalks celery, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • salt and pepper


Boil tortellini according to package directions. Rinse under cold water and drain. In a large bowl mix pasta with apple cider vinegar. In a small bowl, mix mayo, sour cream, milk, and sugar until well combined. Pour mixture over tortellini stirring gently. Add in all vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before serving. Toss and serve.
