Bacon and Egg Caprese Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients
4 English muffins
1 Avocado, mashed
Fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 Tomato, sliced
Fresh basil
4 eggs - fried, scrambled or poached
4 slices bacon, cooked
Salt and pepper De Nigris Balsamic Glaze

Directions

Split and toast English muffins. Season mashed avocado with salt and pepper to taste. Spread seasoned avocado on bottom slice of English muffin. Next, layer with sliced mozzarella, tomato, basil, egg and bacon. Add salt and pepper to taste then drizzle with De Nigris Balsamic Glaze. Finally, add top slice of English muffin.
