Balsamic Bacon Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs get a makeover just in time for Easter! These BACON BALSAMIC DEVILED EGGS are a delicious twist on the classic deviled egg recipe.


Balsamic Bacon Deviled Eggs


12 hard-boiled eggs
½ cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon white sugar
½ teaspoon De Nigris Balsamic Vinegar
1/8 teaspoon celery salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
2 teaspoons chives, chopped


Halve the hard-boiled eggs lengthwise. Place the cooked yolk in a medium bowl. Place the egg white halves on a serving platter. Mash the yolks with a fork. Add mayonnaise, sugar, De Nigris Balsamic Vinegar, celery salt and pepper. Mash until smooth. Stir in cooked bacon and chives (reserving some for garnish). Spoon mixture into a piping bag, snip the end off of the bag and fill the hard-boiled egg whites. Garnish with reserved bacon and chives. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
