Looking for a delicious recipe that will be perfect for your Superbowl party? Try these tender, sweet and a bit tangy sliders that will be the highlight of the big game, maybe even better than the commercials.

Balsamic Glazed Pork Tenderloin Sliders

2 pork tenderloins, 2 pounds total
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1/4 cup De Nigris Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup honey
12 slider buns
Apple Cider Vinegar coleslaw (optional)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cover large baking sheet with foil and spray with non stick cooking spray.

Combine Balsamic Vinegar and honey in a small pot and heat over medium, about 3 mins, stirring frequently until reduced in half.

Mix salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic in a small bowl until well combined. Rub all over tenderloins. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear pork tenderloin in skillet on each side about 2 mins. Place on baking sheet and baste with Balsamic sauce.

Bake for 20 minutes, baste and check temp with a meat thermometer. Continue cooking and basting until internal temperature reaches at least 145 degrees. Baste again then let rest for 5 minutes. Cut into slices. Places pork tenderloin slices on buns and top with De Nigris Apple Cider Vinegar Coleslaw.
