Orange Vinaigrette Dressing
1 teaspoon De Nigris White Wine Vinegar
1 large orange (zest and juice)
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Pour all ingredients into a bowl and whisk until well combined. Serve on salad greens.
*Alternatively, place all ingredients in a jar. Close lid tightly, then shake to mix until well
