Sweet and Sour Pork with Pineapple and Leeks

1 pound lean pork, cubed  -  1 pineapple, sliced  -  2 red bell peppers  -  2 leeks  Sauce ingredients: 1/2 cup soy sauce -  2/3 cup De Nigris Silver Eagle Balsamic Vinegar  -  1/3 cup honey  -  2 tablespoons chopped ginger  -  2 tablespoons potato starch



  1. Cut the leek and bell pepper into julienne strips.
  2. Add leek, bell pepper, pineapple slices, and pork to a hot saucepan on medium-high heat.
  3. Cook on for about ten minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Using a whisk, mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  5. Pour sauce mixture into the pan, stirring to blend with other ingredients and cook about another two minutes.
