Ingredients for 4 people
- 400 g slim heritage carrots, washed and trimmed
- 3 tbsp runny honey (or agave syrup)
- Sprig of fresh thyme
- 3 tbsp De Nigris Thick & Intense Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
- 60 ml water
- Pinch sea salt
For the recipe
Add the carrots, honey (or agave syrup, to make it vegan), thyme, water and two tbsp of the De Nigris Thick & Intense Balsamic Vinegar of Modena to a large lidded pan, cover, and allow to simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the lid, sprinkle with salt, drizzle with remaining Balsamic Vinegar, and serve. Simple. Hop to it!
