Ingredients for 4 people

  • 1 pack pre-made croissant dough
  • 100 g softened salted butter
  • 1 heaped tspn garlic powder
  • 15 ml De Nigris Thick & Intense Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

For the recipe

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C, (or to the temp. advised on your dough wrapper).  Roll dough up like a swiss roll, and cut into slices, about 2cm thick. Arrange dough slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Cream together the butter, garlic powder and De Nigris Thick & Intense  Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and spread a little of the mix on top of each dough slice.

Bake according to dough packet instructions, until golden brown, and top with  a little more of the butter mix, before serving warm.
