Ingredients for 6 people

  • 100 g rolled oats​
  • 50 g almond butter​
  • 30 g honey​
  • 1 tbsp De Nigris Gold Label Balsamic Vinegar​
  • 50 g dried cranberries, chopped
  • 50 chopped mixed nuts​
  • Large pinch sea salt​
  • 100 g dark chocolate – melted​

For the recipe

In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped nuts, almond butter, honey, De Nigris Gold Label Balsamic Vinegar​, and sea salt. Mix well.​
Fold in the chopped cranberries until thoroughly combined.​
Press mix onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.​
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until firm.​
Cut into small squares​
Dip the base of each square in melted chocolate, place on baking paper and chill again until firm.​
Once the energy bites are firm, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.​
