Ingredients for 4 people
- 150 g fresh basil, spinach and mint leaves – washed
- 250 g hulled and sliced strawberries
- 125 g crumbled goat cheese
- 30 g chopped walnuts
- 60 ml De Nigris Platinum Label Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
- 60 ml Extra Vergin Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
For the recipe
In a large salad bowl, combine mixed leaves, strawberries, goat’s cheese, and walnuts.
In a small bowl, whisk together De Nigris Platinum Label Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
