Ingredients for 4 people
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 500 g chestnut mushrooms
- 60 ml De Nigris Gold Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
For the recipe
Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over a medium high heat.
Cut mushrooms in half. Sauté and toss mushrooms in pan for five minutes.
Mix De Nigris Gold Balsamic Vinegar, honey, and garlic in a small bowl.
Pour over mushrooms and reduce heat to simmer for five minutes stirring often.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley.
