Ingredients for 4 people

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 500 g chestnut mushrooms
  • 60 ml De Nigris Gold Label Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over a medium high heat.

Cut mushrooms in half. Sauté and toss mushrooms in pan for five minutes.

Mix De Nigris Gold Label Balsamic Vinegar, honey, and garlic in a small bowl.

Pour over mushrooms and reduce heat to simmer for five minutes stirring often.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley.
