Bacon & glaze topped basmati rice with mint & sweet corn cream

Try this bacon and glaze-topped basmati rice with mint & sweet corn cream this week. It is easy and delicious.



3.6oz basmati rice - Mint - 1.8oz of cooked Corn - Cream - 4 slices of bacon - De Nigris 100% glaze


  1. Cook the rice in water with mint according to the packages directions.
  2. Place the corn in a blender. Add cream and a pinch of salt then blend together.
  3. Cook the bacon in a skillet on medium high heat till crispy (approximately for 3 minutes on each side). Once cool break into small pieces.
  4. Assemble the dish by spooning the cream corn sauce over the rice and top with bacon pieces. Drizzle with De Nigris 100% glaze.
