Ingredients for 1 people
- 1 tbsp De Nigris Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp powdered dry ginger
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 150 ml water
- Optional: honey or maple syrup to sweeten
For the recipe
Mix the Apple Cider Vinegar, grated ginger, lemon juice, turmeric powder and water in a pan and warm gently. stirring until the flavours have infused.
Sweeten to taste with honey or maple syrup, if desired. Allow to cool and strain into a glass.
