Ingredients for 2 people

  • 175 g blueberries​
  • 1 small banana, sliced​
  • 1 tbsp natural or Greek yogurt​
  • 100 ml apple juice, chilled​
  • 10 ml De Nigris Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother​
  • 3-4 mint leaves (optional garnish)

For the recipe

Place blueberries, banana, yogurt, apple juice and De Nigris Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother in a blender and blitz until smooth. Add a splash of water if it is too thick to drink easily.

Pour the smoothie into a tall glass, add a paper straw,  garnish with a sprig of mint, and serve.
