Ingredients for 1 people

  • 1 tablespoon of De Nigris Apple Cider Vinegar​
  • Juice of 1 lime​
  • 1 tsp wildflower honey​
  • 1 slice fresh ginger​
  • 3 slices cucumber​
  • 1 carrot​
  • 1 stick celery​
  • 4 mint leaves (and extra as garnish)​
  • Water, to fill the glass

For the recipe

Peel, wash and slice the carrot. and wash and slice the celery and chop the ginger.  Place all the ingredients (except the Apple Cider Vinegar) in a blender, and blend until smooth. 

Place  ice cubes in a large glass, pour in the smoothie, top up with a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar, stir well and decorate with the remaining mint leaves.
