This Croissant with Prosciutto di Parma, Burrata, Blackberries and Peaches​ is simple and delicious. Try it with De Nigris Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 4 all butter croissants ​
  • 1 fresh peach​
  • 100 g blackberries​
  • 2 tbsp De Nigris Organic Apple Cider Vinegar​
  • 8 slices Prosciutto di Parma​
  • 200 g burrata ​
  • 8 fresh basil leaves​
  • 3 tsp pine nuts​
  • 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil​
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

For the recipe

Wash and dry the peach and blackberries. Cut the peach into thin slices, without peeling off the skin. Place the peach slices and blackberries  in a bowl, then add the De Nigris Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother , the olive oil,  and season well with salt and pepper. 

Tear and stir in half  of the basil leaves and leave to marinate for 10 minutes. . Meanwhile,  slice the croissants open,  fill it with sliced prosciutto and  torn burrata and then add the fruit mix and dress with the marinade. Garnish with pine nuts and remaining basil leaves and , serve!
