Roasted Garlic and Butternut Squash Crostini with Fig Balsamic

Pubblicato il 26 October 2015

I love the flavors of the fall season and this crostini is a delicious combination of ingredients that is sure to be a hit at your next gathering. This recipe is perfect for a fall party or Thanksgiving appetizer. The roasted garlic adds a layer of flavor that really compliments the sweet caramelized butternut squash and the balsamic vinegar with fig. This recipe makes two baguette’s worth of crostinis, so if you are having a party it’s perfect, if you just want enough for your family feel, free to cut the recipe in half. The new spray vinegar is so easy to add the extra layer of flavor without adding too much or too little, a few squirts on each toast is perfect!
