Try this bacon and glaze-topped basmati rice with mint & sweet corn cream this week. It is easy and delicious.
3.6oz basmati rice - Mint - 1.8oz of cooked Corn - Cream - 4 slices of bacon - De Nigris 100% glaze
- Cook the rice in water with mint according to the packages directions.
- Place the corn in a blender. Add cream and a pinch of salt then blend together.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet on medium high heat till crispy (approximately for 3 minutes on each side). Once cool break into small pieces.
- Assemble the dish by spooning the cream corn sauce over the rice and top with bacon pieces. Drizzle with De Nigris 100% glaze.
